A USCG-licensed master captain, proud veteran, and Florida native, he grew up exploring local bays, islands, and waterways — the foundation of the Captain Clearwater bio.
In the late ’70s and ’80s, Chris lived on Eleuthera in the Bahamas, where surfing, fishing, and island life shaped his relaxed, guest-focused style. Over the years, he’s captained adventures across the Caribbean and Mediterranean, adding global perspective to every outing.
